Slocum glider data were collected during a southern Lake Michigan deployment from 2021-08-02 through 2018-08-17. Great Lakes Environmental Research Laboratory participated in the 2021 Cooperative Science and Monitoring Initiative in Lake Michigan. Note, the glider was deployed in areas of Lake Michigan with at least 30 m of depth. The glider collected vertical profiles of conductivity, temperature, depth, chlorophyll, colored dissolved organic matter (CDOM), backscatter, dissolved oxygen, phycocyanin, and photosynthetically active radiation (PAR) between depths of 0 and 130 m.
