WAMSI Node 3.5 - Biological oceanography - Plankton samples
Four separate field experiments of ~3 to 6 week duration were conducted in both May and November 2007 and 2008. During each experiment, Eulerian water column sampling was regularly conducted at 6 fixed stations. At each sampling location, 2 replicate 20 litre surface water samples were taken and filtered within 2 h for chlorophyll a.
