Whole methylome sequencing of Vibrio aestuarianus subsp. francensis under contrasting salinity level conditions for the EpiVib project, 2023
This study examines the complete methylome of Vibrio aestuarianus subsp. francensis in response to different salinity levels, exploring how salinity affects DNA methylation patterns and epigenetic regulation. The dataset was generated using strain 12/016, which was cultivated in a rich medium at four different salinity levels (15, 22, 34 and 40 g/L) as part of the EpiVib-Salinity experiment conducted in 2023.
