Small RNA-seq of circulating miRNAS of gonochoristics and hermaphodite species
In this dataset we report the results of small-RNAseq performed in the plasma of fishes in the framework of the MiSS (miRNA sex & stress) project. The main aim of this project was to identify sex-specific miRNAs and miRNAs involved in the stress response of fish exposed to a chronic and an acute stress.
