Slocum glider data were collected during a southern Lake Michigan deployment from 2015-06-19 through 2015-07-16. This deployment was part of the CSMI coordinated deployment with the EPA. The glider initially deployed from Muskegon, MI and traveled to a station at 110 m water depth. This transect was repeated several times before crossing the lake west to Milwaukee, WI. The glider then traveled south to Waukegan, WI, then east to Benton Harbor. Note, the glider was deployed in areas of Lake Michigan with at least 30 m of depth. The glider collected vertical profiles of conductivity, temperature, depth, chlorophyll, colored dissolved organic matter (CDOM), backscatter, and photosynthetically active radiation (PAR) between depths of 0 and 115 m.
