Glider deployed on the RU-COOL Endurance Line to characterize seasonal physical and biological processes in the Mid-Atlantic Bight shelf waters. These deployments provided a continuation of shelf process observations that began with ship surveys performed by RU-COOL and partners that began in the late 1990s. This is a high-resolution data set containing CTD profiles. This glider was equipped with a WETLabs prototype SAM (scattering attenuation meter) that was never released as a production model. As such, the raw counts for this instrument are included in this data set but no calibrated, calculated attenuation values are included. Contact the publisher for more information on the SAM.
