Data of 18S barcoding of 2017-2019 protists sampling
Analysis of heterotrophic protists community along the mediteranean coast between 2017-2018 by monthly sampling sediments and water. Protists were enriched by culturing on bacterial layers on agar plates before extracting DNA for 18S barcoding.
