Norovirus GI and GII metabarcoding sequencing of water and Pacific oyster (Magallana gigas) digestive tract samples for the apinov project, 2021-2022
At the watershed scale, the genetic diversity of noroviruses is investigated using targeted metagenomics in water samples collected by passive sampling and in the digestive tract of caged oysters.
