HMV 6/7- Complex transcriptomic of OsHV1 infecting C. gigas haemocytes from 0 to 24 hours post contact
This dataset consits of 2 experiments HMV6 (initial test, 12 samples) and HMV7 (complete experiment, 48 samples) performing RNAseq on C. gigas pool of haemocytes infected by Ostreid Herpesvirus type 1 accross time.
