Microbiome du saumon fumé - données de métagénomique et métabarcoding 16S - Projet SALMONICS, 2022-2022
NGS data from DNA samples isolated from cold-smoked salmons microbiome (métagenomes and 16 amplicon metagenomics). Samples from 3 different plants were analysed after 8 days, 15 days, 22 days and 29 days of refrigerated storage.
