Slocum glider data were collected during deployment in the Central Basin of Lake Erie from 2021-10-07 through 2021-10-24. Great Lakes Environmental Research Laboratory collaborated with the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency to monitor hypoxia. Note, the glider was deployed in areas of Lake Erie with at least 10 m of depth. The glider collected vertical profiles of conductivity, temperature, depth, chlorophyll, colored dissolved organic matter (CDOM), backscatter, dissolved oxygen, phycocyanin, and photosynthetically active radiation (PAR) between depths of 0 and 30 m.
