Molecular responses of coral larvae to 1-methylnaphthalene
This data collection consists of coral larval settlement and gene expression data associated with an experiment examining the effects of 1-methylnaphthalene (1-MN) on the common coral, Acropora millepora. Nine-day old planula larvae were exposed to ten nominal concentrations (0–4000 µg L–1 1-MN) for a period of 48-h and processed for Tag-based RNA-Seq.
For full methodological and analytical details please refer to the full research publication, Luter et al. (XXXX), its supplementary materials, and the associated GitHub repository (open-AIMS/coral-larvae-1-MN-toxicity). Additionally, raw sequencing data can be found in the NCBI Sequence Read Archives under BioProject number PRJNA1470448.
