Seafloor morphology in the area of the mid Atlantic ridge.
Data were recovered in the framework of the Catarina-Paleoacid aims to retrieve surface and subsurface sedimentary samples from the bottom (Box Corer, Piston Corer y Gravity Corer) of the North Atlantic at around 3000-4000 m depth in several areas currently bathed by different components of the North Atlantic Deep Water (NADW), as the Labrador Sea Water (LSW), Denmark Strait Overflow Water (DSOW) Iceland-Scotland Overflow Water (ISOW) and North-East Atlantic Deep Water (NEADW).
