Waverider data at Faial/Pico islands, Azores, Portugal (2013 - 2021)

A Datawell Waverider buoy was deployed between Faial and Pico Islands, Azores, Portugal, to monitor the ocean wave conditions. This dataset comprises historical wave measurements from 2013 to 2021, including wave height, wave period, wave direction, and sea surface temperature, with a resolution of 10 minutes. Important Note: This submission has been initially submitted to SEA scieNtific Open data Edition (SEANOE) publication service and received the recorded DOI. The metadata elements have been further processed (refined) in EMODnet Ingestion Service in order to conform with the Data Submission Service specifications.
