Coccolith abundance, MAR and morphology data from the core MD12-3412 in the Bay of Bengal
This dataset provides detailed records of calcareous nannofossil relative abundances, Noelaerhabdaceae morphology, and accumulation rates from marine sediment core MD12-3412 in the Bayof Bengal. It includes age data corresponding to corrected depths based on the newly established age model. Important Note: This submission has been initially submitted to SEA scieNtific Open data Edition (SEANOE) publication service and received the recorded DOI. The metadata elements have been further processed (refined) in EMODnet Ingestion Service in order to conform with the Data Submission Service specifications.
