GBLR LoRaWAN Buoy

GBLR is a LoRaWAN buoy equipped with temperature and dissolved oxygen sensors. This buoy is deployed in ~23 meters of water. It is owned and operated by University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
