Submesoscale energy cycle in a coupled ocean-atmosphere simulation of the Gulf Stream
This dataset contain the output used in the article submitted to GRL. This include the terms of the Lorenz diagram based on submesoscale and background energy budgets, defined through temporal (3 days) and spatial scale separation (16 km and 8 km) and also the grid and temperature and currents. These terms were estimated from a high-resolution coupled air-sea simulation (CROCO-WRF).
